to meet the unique requirements of each purchaser
and/or their client. 'Cleary Hoare' therefore
provides products and/or services that cannot be
re-sold to another client and does not provide
refunds for goods and/or services supplied in good
faith according to the specific instructions of the
purchaser. |

| Returns |
| If the
product and/or service is returned/referred to us
due to an error on our behalf, we will amend the
error and provide the product and/or service to the
specifications originally communicated by the
purchaser as soon as is practicable. If the product
and/or service is returned/referred to us due to an
error on the purchasers behalf, and we have
completed the request as per the incorrect
instructions of the purchaser, we reserve the right
to levy an additional charge in line with the amount
of additional work required to amend the error. If
